Both players draw 2 cards. Both players can Special Summon a Level 4 or lower monster from their hand. All monsters on the field gain 1000 ATK and DEF until your next Standby Phase. @Rayfield Lumina Let the games begin! The idea here is that everyone gets gifts at the start of "Santa's" (the controlling player)'s turn. With the right other cards and the right effect choices, it could be fairly effective. "Ring of Destruction" with the ATK increase, "Bad Reaction to Simochi" with the LP gain, and "Appropriate" or "Greed" for the draw effect all come to mind. Actually, Loleo's idea of making it the turn player's choosing sounds perfect, let the gift fly around! But I'd keep it in the Standby Phase.
