Card Rulings

This a a channel to discuss the interactions between cards and whatnot in yugioh.  Of course, customs will be mentioned as well.

Player A will be you and player B will be the opponent.

I'll start

Player A has a monster that says that it cannot be targeted by card effects.  He activates the effect of his monster which allows him to draw 1 card, and it only can be used once per turn (a HOPT).  However Player B chains the effect of his monster to A's monster whose effect reads "If your opponent activates a monster effect (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card; send it to the GY after its effect resolves." What will happen to A's monster after he draws 1 card, given that B Tributes his monster as cost?

I was going to suggest posting in this thread. However, since this ruling is based on purely hypothetical cards, I suppose it doesn't count.

For your hypothetical in particular, there doesn't seem to be anything stopping card B from removing card A. It seems pretty straightforward: Card A resolves and B's effect sends A to the GY. B never targeted.

...this does give me an archetype design idea... Hmm.
