This image is like Miley Cyrus. It’s decent at first, but after a couple of days it’s not cool anymore. Pretty soon it’ll start posing for porn magazines or something. You people really need to give this image a rest.

 

Alright, here’s a question for everyone? What would you get if you crossed something younger than John McKain with John McKain?

That’s what you’d get. Yeah I know the jokes fail, but it’s hard to think of jokes with the entire audience staring at me. The thing that was crossed with John McKain was a 30,000 Year Old White Turtle, incase anyone was wondering.

Star: I’m here with one of YCM’s most skilled duelists, JesusofChaos. I’m actually quite glad that I decided to interview you because there are a few things that I’m interested to ask you. First of all, as YCM’s current Your Deck Mod, would you say that most of the Decks posted on YCM could win a regional or a national tournament? Why or why not?

 

JesusofChaos: Some decks i post are ideas. Some i own. The thing is my area is a highly competitive area. We have several and by several i mean about 10 high ranked players. Thus the top 8 is usually pretty competitive. Regionals i reckon i could win. I mean last year i won it but that was mainly due a god hand in the 2ns game of finals but thats beside the point. Most of my decks i try to achieve the highest standard possible, but sometimes the concept cannot work in the present meta as the meta decks are too strong.

 

Star: There are plenty of Ban List questions going around, such as “ZOMG should they ban Disk Commander” and “ZOMG Judgment Dragon needs to be banned NAO!!!!”. Can you tell me what card you think should be banned before anything else?

 

JesusofChaos: Personally i believe Crush Card Virus is probably the first card they should ban closely followed by disk commander. CCV because basically its broken, when it activates it is very hard to come back from. Disk Commander because there is just too many abuse cards such as zombie world and angel life coming out.

 

Star: In the United States, there is a presidential race going on between the oldest man alive, John McKain, and Barack Obama. Who do you think should win the election, and why?

 

JesusofChaos: Lol personally i dont care. Seeing as im english i dont really give two hoots who wins. But if i had to back one it would be my home boy Barack. Mainly because hes more in touch win the younger generation.

 

Star: During tonight’s show, I’ll be revealing a huge surprise to all viewers/readers. I’m going to be revealing a one-of-a-kind Deck using Normal Monsters. I’ve posted my Vanilla Ice Cream Deck (Vanilla with CoSR for major advantage) and my Vanilla Virus 1 + 2 Decks (Vanilla Virus Control). Tonight, I’ll reveal the third and final Vanilla Deck that I have created. In your opinion, are Normal Monsters useless?

 

JesusofChaos: Good question it depends. Most of the time they are useless because they are used by noobs who think wow this card has 2000 atk and i dont have to tribute it must be good. However if used correctly with cards such as skill drain and non spellcasting area they could be used. However i dont see them ever being competitive enough to take a Shonen Jump or Regional

 

Star: Many legends have returned to YCM recently such as Mike2084 and Wicket. Why do you think this is?

 

JesusofChaos: Its because im such an amazing mod and ive made the decks section so good that they must come back and they cant miss it. . Anyway self praise over i think its because this site is probably the closest knit community. It is hard to leave because everyone has friends here which support them.

 

Star: Have you ever considered entering the card making scene?

 

JesusofChaos: No never. Its just not my thing. Im not creative enough to come up with cards.

 

Star: The idea of a talk show came to me when I was trying to find a way to make YCM more fun. What do you think of the idea, the interview, and do you think the show will be a success?

 

JesusofChaos: As long as you keep doing it and make it original. As long as its fresh people will keep coming. I hope you have much success

For all you people out there who I think I had a tad bit too large of an ego, I’m not going to say “because I’m on it”. Cyber Valley, one of the most interesting cards to be released in a long time exploded onto the scene in January, and it’s still going strong today. Macro Monarchs, a Deck-Type that has been popular with duelists for a long time, gets some power from this card. You can pretty much use this card to help you in any situation. I’m not sure how much this card is going for at the moment, but I’d guess somewhere around $15 each. If you don’t have this card, I’d suggest picking up a set of 3 and adding them to your Deck as it’s a very good card.

YCM Legend? One of the most friendliest members? I'm flattered...

I still believe that YCM is a very fun, high spirited place, and I know that YCM will have a lot more years to go through. There are so many role models here at YCM now...

Star: Right now, there is a presidential race going on in the United States between the oldest man alive, John McCain, and Barack Obama. Who do you think should win the election, and why?

They're both excellent candidates, but I think Obama would be a more fitting president. I just believe that he'll make wiser decisions compared to McCain.

 

Star: You’ve recently begun working as a Graphic Artist. You are incredibly talented it seems. What was it like for you to learn Graphics, and are you proud of your work thus far?

 

Glasstin10:

 

Graphics is a lot harder than I thought. I still need about a year of practice to be at Tkill or Altair's level.

Looking back at my work, I know that a lot of improvements could be made, but yes, I'm proud of my work.

 

Star: If you could upgrade one moderator to a Super Moderator, who would you choose and why?

This is a very difficult question.

I think that Luke, The Slime Lord, and Star, would make excellent super moderators.

If I was given the authority to upgrade a moderator, I would pass on that opportunity.

 

Star: Many legends, such as Wicket and TotalObelisk have returned to YCM recently. Why do you think this is?

Why?

Uh, I'm really not sure.

I haven't been on YCM long enough to get to know all the legends of YCM.

You know, while we’re still on the subject, I’d like to talk about Glasstin for a moment. Now, he’s a really nice member, like one of YCM’s nicest, but there’s something about him that I can’t seem to ignore. It seems as if he’s TOO friendly. What do I mean? I just think sometimes he’s creepily friendly. Like someone in a horror movie. If he were to be a duel spirit, he’d be Marshmallon. Creepily happy, but really nice and popular. Be more like Draco. That’s a joke, completely.

In response to Chaos_Remix’s comment about me never beating him in a duel, I say “it’s happened like 7 times already”. Ok, so many months ago, after the “Satorism” War, Sartorius returned and held a tournament. I entered the tournament and proceeded to demolish Chaos_Remix. After losing to me, Remix’s words were along the lines of “you’re a nub, you beat me with Monarchs”.

 

So apparently I’m a nub because I won a duel. That’s interesting. Next.

Star: It's obvious that you're one of, if not the best, the best Graphic Artists on YCM today. What is your opinion on some of the other Graphic Artists, and who do you think has the most potential?

Tkill: I think for the most part they're all pretty decent. But there are too many of them that have big egos and think they're super awesome while everyone else sucks. I learned graphics around some of the best, so I always wanted to get better and better instead of stopping and claiming godship. Most YCMers don't have that so that might hurt some of their potential because they don't know what real

Tkill: graphics is. They all have potential, they just need to practice. I've been making graphics for a good 3 years

Tkill: and it took a lot of work and patience to get where I am today. And then again, I'm STILL not that good.

TKill: ( Yeah, I'm done my giant paragraph )

Star: Alright, moving on, who do you consider the best Graphic Artist in YCM?

Tkill: I would have to say Cyber Altair. Only because he's doing more advanced styles than the other YCMers. Most of them are still brushing, while they don't understand that brushing is an afterthought, not something to base a sig off of. And everyone else is just learning the basics of other styles :/

Star: Ok, we've established your Graphics Opinion.

Tkill: To be honest, I'm Canadian so I don't really care much, but I'm not really liking either from my stand point. Obama seems like he's trying too hard to be "cool" and he does seem a bit biased toward the African American community, while McCain's just plain crazy.

Star: So, would you have preffered Hillary Clinton?

Tkill: No, I think she would be worse than the two. Overall I'd have to say Obama. Even though he tries to be cool, he would most likely be more down to earth and really help America out. ( Not that it needs help )

Tkill: Not very many good choices :/

Star: I do agree with you about the presidential candidates.

Star: They pretty much suck.

Star: But, now that I've got your opinion on that, I'll ask you another question.

Tkill: Okay

Tkill: I've been here for a long time and I've seen it all happen again and again. Members come and members go. I think YCM's just going to keep growing. That's all we know for sure. Your favorite members will leave, then someone new will be there to replace him. The card maker's going to be around for a long time we will be raided again, lots of things will happen, people will complain but

Tkill: we'll just be back to where we are now.

Tkill: Of course YCM's changing, and it's going to keep changing. No one's going to be able to stop it.

Tkill: Theres so many of them now, it's hard to keep track

Tkill: I would have to say TSL. Though he's already said he doesn't want to be one he would be a great addition. We think alike on many different issues and he would be able to be the next big thing. He knows what he's talking about, great with dealing with issues on the forum, great with pointing them out, great with determining what's spam and what's not, and overall a good mod.

Star: I'm surprised that you didn't choose Luke fon Fabre.

Tkill: Why?

Tkill: Well, I don't really know who that Hunter guy is. But bhim was banned, and he came back to explain. I suspect TO came back so he wouldnt lose his modship, and I don't know about Wicket and Mike. They all must have different reasons. It's not like they all got together in some secret underground club and plotted " Haha! Yes! Let's all return to YCM and cause havock! " So I can't really answer :/

Tkill: The idea is good in theory. But with you and Raven running it, it's doomed for failure. ( Just kidding ) I think it will do good as long as you're dedicated to it and don't give up on it after a few days. It would be easier by webcam, but they don't live in the same countries, if I remember right?

 

I suggested to Raven, that they should both record their parts, and then Star or Raven puts them together ^_^
