But things are changing quickly from the run-of-the-mill bank robber! An evil presense is emerging and it will challenge everyone to show what it means to be a real hero.[/align]

Armored Hero: A gadgeteer whose powers are derived from a suit of powered armor.

Blaster: A hero whose main power is a distance attack, usually an "energy blast".

Elementalist: A hero who controls some natural element or part of the natural world.

Gadgeteer: A hero who invents special equipment that often imitates superpowers.

Mentalist: A hero who possesses psionic abilities, such as telekinesis, telepathy and extra-sensory perception.

Possessed: A hero who harbors an entity inside of him/herself.

Shapeshifter: A hero who can manipulate his/her own body to suit his/her needs, such as stretching, or disguise . Other such shapeshifters can transform into animals, or inorganic materials .

Size changer: A hero who can alter his/her size .

Slasher: A hero whose main power is some form of hand-to-hand cutting weapon—either devices such as knives/swords or natural, such as claws.

Speedster: A hero possessing superhuman speed and reflexes.

Mastermind/Super Genius: A hero possessing superhuman intelligence or intellect.

Energy Sourcing

Ability to draw power from large or small but abundant sources of energy, such as turning kinetic energy into physical blasts or converting solar energy into other forms; sometimes based on proximity to source, sometimes stored for future use.

Chi

Many characters in martial arts superhuman capabilities by learning to harness chi or some form of life energy. This type of method generally provides extraordinary strength, speed, durability and reflexes. Also often used for superhuman awareness, energy blasts, elemental powers and sometimes invulnerability.

Magical Powers

Ability to use magical forces to varying degrees; often used to simulate other powers, such as mind control and elemental attacks.

Technopathy

Technopathy is the ability to manipulate technology. Manifested as a special form of electrical/telekinetic manipulation, a special form of "morphing" which allows physical interaction with machines, or even a special form of ESP that allows for mental interface with computer data.

Telekinesis

Telekinesis is the ability to manipulate and control objects with the mind, often in ways not visible to the naked eye.

Power Mimicry

This is the ability to copy another's powers or skills.

Power Sensing

This is the ability to sense or recognize superhuman powers.

Ability to heal rapidly from any injury; the rate of recovery varies from character to character

Acid Generation

Ability to generate acid; can be manifested through touch or as a spray.

Animal Mimicry

This is the ability to take on the abilities of certain animals.

Body Part Substitution

This is the unnatural ability to replace one's limbs or other body parts with those of another.

Bone Manipulation

This is the ability to manipulate the bones in one's own body. This includes, but is not limited to, the generation of new bone mass, projecting bones out from the skin or rearranging one's own bones.

Duplication

This is the, now common, ability to create physical duplicates of oneself.

Temporal Duplication

This is the rare ability to bring past and future versions of oneself back to the present.

Echolocation

Ability to determine location of items in the environment by use of reflected sound waves, whether generated by the character or ambient sound; also known as sonar or radar sense.

Invisibility

Invisibility is the common ability to render the user unseen to the naked eye.

Kinetic Absorption

This is an ability that allows the person to absorb forms of kinetic energy into oneself and convert it into physical strength.

Matter Ingestion

This is a nasty ability to consume any sort of matter without any ill effects on the user.

Merge

Merge is an unusual ability to temporarily merge two beings into a single being, which results in a completely new and stronger being.

Pheromone Manipulation

This is an ability to generate and control pheromones which may have various effects.

Poison Generation

An ability to assault others with one or more varieties of toxins, with widely disparate effects.

Prehensile/Animated Hair

The ability to animate and lengthen one's hair.

Self-Detonation/Explosion

Ability to explode one's body mass and reform.

Sonic Scream

Ability to generate vocal sounds of a higher amplitude than a normal human.

Superhuman Breath

Ability to inhale/exhale with superhumanly powerful lungs. This can range from exhaling on par with a giant fan's wind current to inhalation on par with the power of a gravitational vortex.

Superhuman Durability

Ability to have a higher resistance to one or more forms of damage before being injured.

Superhuman Reflexes

Ability to react faster than a normal human.

Superhuman Senses

Ability to see, smell, taste, feel and/or hear more than a normal human.

Superhuman Strength

Ability to have a level of physical strength much higher than that possible by any human.

Superhuman Vision

Ability to see better than normally possible.

Night Vision

Ability to see clearly in darkness.

X-Ray Vision

Ability to see through solid matter.

Telescopic/Microscopic Vision

Ability to magnify vision to various levels.

Wall Crawling

Ability to crawl on vertical and horizontal surfaces.

Water Breathing

Ability to respirate through water in lieu of a gaseous medium. Not to be confused with an ability to go without breathing or to be able to breathe an alternate air supply.

Ability to naturally have skills and/or knowledge typically earned through learning.

Ecological Empathy

The ability to sense the overall well-being and conditions of one's immediate environment and natural setting stemming from a psychic sensitivity to nature.

Superhuman Intelligence

Ability to have intelligence far above that of a genius level.

Superhuman Tracking

Ability to track an individual or object through supernatural means; sometimes referred to as "pathfinding."

ESP

The abilities of extra-sensory perception (ESP) and communication.

Astral Projection

Ability to separate and control one's astral body.

Cross-Dimensional Awareness

Ability to detect actions and events in other dimensions. This is occasionally used in comics as an awareness of the fourth wall between the characters and the artist or audience.

Empathy

Mediumship

Precognition

Ability to relate details about the past or future condition of an object or location, usually by being in close contact with it.

Telepathy

OK. I was a little too vague when I first posted. let me clear everything up.

 

Here is a better explination of what this RPG is all about. You are the newest member of the "Heroes"; a group of super powered people trying to help out humanity as best as possible. You will be fighting super villains, anti-heroes (super heroes willing to kill, etc.), natural disasters, and the common crook(s).

 

Better idea of what I need . . .

Name: the name of your character (duh). this can include a last name, but it's not required.

 

Age: how old your character is (again . . . duh). Generally I would prefer if the characters where between 15-35.

 

Subtype:

Ok. I gave you a list of subtypes so please fill that in. also fill in the new weakness. I generally don't think I'd allow someone to use something as powerful as time control, but if you could make it stoppable then I might let you keep it. Try and dwindle down the types of weapons you can make to one catagory, like any gun or sword.

Bio: Hyoma had always been alone. He never trusted anybody but he will at all costs protect them. He hopes in one day gaining everybody elses respect and trust. He is a loner and prefers it. He always claims that friends will just get in his way so he has never tried to get close to anybody. He also doesn't want to be close to anybody because he doesn't want to hurt them himself with his own powers. He usually wears a robe with a hood.

Fighting Style: Uses a street fighting style.

Weakness: Close range fighting.

Super Powers: Can control all type of plants and harden them to stone or steel, can create poison in any kind of form, but he has to have a source, which is why he carries around poison flowers, and can control air

Attacks: Plant Armor, Stone Armor, Plant Whips, Wind Wolves, Poison Spikes, Wind Body, and more

Bio: Axle was raised with one brother, and two parents that always abused him. His brother was five years older and always protected Axle from bullies and his parents, who would constantly hit the two. After awhile, his parents tried to kill him, yet his brother ended up killing his parents. His brother and him began to live alone until he turned 14, where his brother was brutaly murdered infront of him. Axle became cold and mean and ended up killing the ones who killed his brother, getting himself arrested. After he was released a year later.

Appearence: Axle has long red hair that goes down to his neck and part of it covers his left eye. He wears a midnight black sleevless shirt with a blood red X across it. Axle wears black gloves that don't cover his fingers. The gloves have metal spikes where the knuckles are. He wears long black leather pants with a belt hanging down from his waist to half way to his knee. Axle wears black boots with two spikes on the tips of each boot. His muscles are about the same as a regular 17 year old. He wears a black bandana on his head.

Super Powers: Flight (Jet Pack, can go to maximum Mach IV) Micro Waves (Can go up to 180 degrees celsius) Gamma Beams (heats up to 200 degrees, can only activate once a day) Energy Beams, Superhuman Strength (Can lift up to 2000 tonnes)

Attacks: Exhaust Blast (Fires his jet pack on pursuer, having the enemy engulfed by the flames) Energy Beams (Fires either Micro, Gamma or Omega Waves) Laser Vision (do I really have to explain this?) Seismic Punch (Hits opponent with full force)

Bio: Mark IV was the 4th Robot in the military project SIGMA. After SIGMA shut down after Mark IV's younger brother, Mark V, destroyed a military facility in Manhattan, SIGMA was shut down. Mark IV's older brothers (Marks I, II, and III) were shut down but Mark IV managed to escape, to help humans and prove that there can be good that can be brought from SIGMA.

Fighting Style: Stands calmly and then attacks relentlessly.

Weakness: Water, Magnets, and Gold

Bio: A Young Warrior, from The Great Holy Church of the Land of No-en, that is wise in the word of God and has two brothers. Drew was raised in a Christian home, also was pronounced as "The Neo". The Neo is of The Power of God manifested in the one who will bring peace against the Evil forces that corrupt the World. At His birth he was blessed with a great scratch like scar on his right arm, with it he can rebuild his body if injured. But If he ever dies the Fallen Angel known as Aoz will take over and massacrer any and all who sin until Drew is all healed up and awakes. So he continues to help those that are in sin and speaks of the "Good News" from God.

Bio: Zack was only 11 when he found out that he inherited his mother's and father's powers. When he found that out he wanted to find out the most he could about them and how to use them, but before he could master these powers his parents had died due to a fatal SWIPE that Zack accidentally swiped at his parent's but before he could stop it it had killed them.After that he decided never to use his powers again while he lived on the street but the word got out of a bunch of evil-doers near where he stayed and he knew that he had to use his powers to get rid of them and save himself and everyone he could to stay alive.7 Years passed of him training with his powers and sword, and now the crooks have started to attack ,and he knew he was ready for them, he could destroy them save his parents memory to pass on their moves that passed on to him to his son (if he ever gets one).

Soon, he was showed a brutal death by a gang of punks who killed a cat, then his possesed spirit went loose, and he killed the gang with his Pure Dark Flames.

Fighting Style: He mainly uses his hands for battle, but he also uses his hands for his legs, and use the speed for his advantage.

Weakness: His powers tires him out quickly, but when he is possesed, when the body takes too much strain, blood is forced out of the mouth.
