One word..

Anime. -.-"

Invalid.

Animation, they are not really cartoons. The medium and intent is not that of the American Market... o.O Its what separates Western Media from Eastern Media :|...

Albeit maybe Speed Racer and Astro Boy were. Since they came out after the initial Anime came out bred from Walt Disney himself...

Poor saps :|

I miss old style cartoons, Danny Phantom and Fairly Oddparents are some of the rare good ones left...

Most of what I see on Cartoon Network etc, is a hybrid. Bad bad bad bad bad bad [bad...]

I want hardcore cartoon, back in the Hay day cartoons now lol...

Funny though, how we infected their market with Walt Disney and his cartoons. And now they have infected ours. The saying "What goes around comes around" seems very valid here.

Shun down upon that which savors the educational and embrace the random. We must find a way to fix this epidemic and restore cartoons to their rightful glory!!

Anyway, this saddens me as it holds true :(

I miss so many of them, all of those you said even some of the less popular like the tick. Some of those i didn't see :

beast wars (beasties depending on your location on earth)

X-men

DBZ

dragon warrior

animaniacs

the super mario bros. show

...

basically most of the things that were on saturday morning in the 90's (name i'll like it for sure)

These days there's only spongebob...

And a special mention to quicksilver for naming the sacred Earthworm Jim. That was one of the best cartoon ever.

EAT DIRT !!!! HAHAHAHA !!!!

Hay i liked Ed Ed and Eddy, to bad i got canceled. but you no what i hate the most are these new network owners. first the Sci-fi Channel now the Cartoons. i don't even watch the cartoons anymore and it sucks. i found some channles on dish that showed old cartoons from Cartoonnetwork and Nick. that was in 2004, they used to show all the old cartoons loony toons scobby-doo, Angry beaver, Rocko and Hay Arnold and a lot more good old shows. but not any more now there showing cartoons that got canceled for a resign. but to top it off they repeat the same episode over and over again, in till the next day. but if you have to hate some one hate the network NCOs they did this the writers are just doing there jobs. its just like the guy who got the Sci-fi channel he put wrestling on it. (god!) but the writers made Eureka. so its the NCOs.
