Mr. Judgment Dragon
I initially said no OCG-only Cards then I said screw that, the Deck needs more firepower so now this is the improved Version. Extra Deck: 15 2x Five-Headed Dragon2x Stardust Dragon2x Black Rose Dragon3x Goyo Guardian2x Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Boundary2x Reaper on the Nightmare1x Darkfire Dragon1x Fusionist Monsters: 20 3x Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon2x Dark Armed Dragon1x Prime Material Dragon2x Gragonith, Lightsworn Dragon2x Lyla, Lightsworn Sorceress2x Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter3x Masked Dragon2x Magna Drago2x Dark Resonator1x Sangan Spells: 17 3x Allure of Darkness3x Solar Recharge2x Card of Safe Return2x Dragon's Mirror2x Instant Fusion1x Future Fusion1x Heavy Storm1x Giant Trunade1x Monster Reborn1x Brain Control Traps: 5 1x Torrential Tribute2x Solemn Judgment2x Bottomless Trap Hole With the impressive results from the Blue-Eyes version of this Deck, I thought Id try a similar thing out with REDRUM. Phantom Roxas
Red-Eyes Twilight, LOVE the idea, and this pulls it off pretty well.
Mr. Judgment Dragon
I can sorta call it Twilight mainly because Allures and Recharges are Decked. This is probably more of a fun idea than anything. If anyone can test the Deck out it would be appreciated because for a Red-Eyes Deck without REDRUM, I think I did pretty well. Phantom Roxas
I'll test it out later today when DMU starts to work.
Mr. Judgment Dragon
Thanks. Let me know how it does.
Tickle Me Emo
Tell me Gragonith is only in there as Solar and Future Fusion food.
Mr. Judgment Dragon
Pretty much.
Phantom Roxas
Results from DMU: Opponent 1: Rock Deck Result: Victory Opponent 2 and 3: Dark World Synchro Deck (Same person twice) Results: Lost the first Duel, won the second one. Conclusion: Either this Deck needs more speed or I DO suck with anything containing either Lightsworn or DAD. Probably both.
Mr. Judgment Dragon
IDK. Since generic DAD probably has the most draw power out of any Deck (at least I think so), and LS probably has the most speed out of any Deck (mainly because of the Mill), I wouldnt know how to speed the deck up and keep the idea of the Deck. The Blue-Eyes version of this deck is capable of winning against Lightsworn despite the lack of Dark Armed Dragon and even Traditional Chaos. I guess its the Synchros that make the difference. They made the difference in the version without Lightsworn. Keep in mind Dark Armed Dragon is in here not only as Allure food but can actually be summoned and in turn used to help the Deck win. Im thinking since Dark Armed Dragon is in here, I think the Deck needs Phantom of Chaos.
CeDeFiA
Interesting deck...I'd love to be able to use sometimeNice title for it also ^_^
Azuh
Why dont you try some Prismas? For easy dumping of Red-Eyes? But it needs B. Skull Dragon...
Mr. Judgment Dragon
What a great idea. What should I drop for Prisma keeping in mind I need Gragonith in here for Solar Recharge? I could easily drop an RDA for a BSD.
Phantom Roxas
Maybe you can drop a Red-Eyes for Prisma? Maybe drop Lyla for another one or Stratos as well.
Mr. Judgment Dragon
I could drop a Lyla. Maybe I dont need 3 Lyla's. Lyla is mainly there if this deck comes up against Macro based Decks which really mess up Decks like this. Lightsworns have removal Power and a Draw engine which makes certain Lightsworns splashable. Im thinking Prisma would sort of be an equivalent to Armageddon Knight but in this Deck, Red-Eyes would be the only target for Prisma. Im thinking I should add Armageddon Knight instead of Prisma since Armageddon Knight has more targets than Prisma and is also Allureable. I think I should drop 1 Lyla and a Red-Eyes for 2 Armageddon Knights. How does that sound?
Phantom Roxas
Hmm, that sounds good. What about Dark Grepher though?
Mr. Judgment Dragon
Dark Grepher does indeed sound like a good idea but the loss of advantage it can generate isnt a good thing. Without BRD, Duels for this type of Deck can last longer than necessary. Also 4 targets (after fixes) if I want to Special Summon Dark Grepher and in turn Turbo Summon Dark Armed Dragon may not work too well in here. I would need to add more high level DARKs. It would work better if Vice Dragon existed in the TCG. Armageddon Knight may be one off but its effect is basically cost free and doesnt cost any real advantage. I might stick to Armageddon Knight. Phantom Roxas
My apologies if bumping this is considered spam. I have tested out the updated version, and I am receiving improved results so far.
Mr. Judgment Dragon
What Decks did this one face?
Phantom Roxas
A Zombie Deck, a Deck focused on BESD, and apparently I believe a Dragon OTK Deck. EDIT: This Deck needs Level 6 Fusions.
Mr. Judgment Dragon
This Deck needs to face a Lightsworn Deck, a Tele Dark Armed Dragon Deck or a Gladiator Beast Deck.
Phantom Roxas
I thought so. I'll ask around.

Phantom Roxas
If I can't find anyone using any of them, what's the next best thing?
Mr. Judgment Dragon
I would probably test this against an Anti-Meta Deck like Macro Monarchs. The reason why I suggested Macro Monarchs is because this type of Deck relies on the Graveyard and Macro normally shuts Decks like this down. Thats actually why I initially put Lyla and Ryko in here.
