Half Empty shows a person who is Optimistic about life but is afraid of Loss. Half Full is a person who sees the Possibility of getting something Good, but also knows they can fall back on that Half as well. Half full for me. Half Empty in the literal sense could be seen as the optimist's perspective, since a half empty glass > an empty glass, whereas a half full glass < a full glass. Think about THAT!
