Tabris
Should stay at 3. Synchros are easy' date=' easy, easy to get out even without Malicious. Instant Fusion lets you do it without having to fit in the 15+ card engine. The only thing Malicious gives Synchros is synergy with a DARK/Warrior-Psychic engine that lets the deck comfortably run, and draw towards, DAD and CCV. And it's not even a "free" swarm, not in the sense that Dimension Fusion and Return essentially are; TeleDAD needs to play out most of its resources to spam the field with Synchros and as such it leaves itself vulnerable to disruption if it does not OTK. And guess how it OTKs? DAD, Storm, Reborn, removing all opponent's defense with CCV... I think the hate toward Malicious stems from the fact that most players have not actually piloted TeleDAD and seen that it lucksacks its way out of impossible scenarios only because of DAD/CCV, and that Malicious is secondary.[/quote'] From Pojo's T-Drag. Do I need to quote mine self?

Do I need to quote mine self? No sir, I'll quote for you. To be honest, I kind of want Malicious at 3. I don't even run a TeleDAD deck, but I keep him at 3 on my deck. He's a good addition for synchros. Sure, it's easy synchros, may or may not be bad for the game, you tell me. I wouldn't know. But, in my experience synchro summoning is probably one of the easiest thing to do. =[ Now, I'm not quite sure how a TeleDAD deck plays, because I haven't created one myself and I've only played a handful, but I wouldn't know the backbone to it. So my opinion on this matter doesn't create much argument.

Von Csent
This should not be limited cuz then the effect will be pointless. It needs to be Semi. Did everyone glaze over my post? Limit it to one. This way' date=' the effect is gone, but we still have a [b']Level 6 that receives DARK, Warrior, and D Hero support that can be grabbed by Sangan and Mystic Tomato and sets off CCV[/b] (while that lasts). Most D Heors fall under most of these areas (not counting CCV since that should be banned). Plus the fact that he is level 6 would make people not run him since their is no point to summon him, unless you want a level 6 monster, but if this is the case then you are doing something wrong. While he might not be useless, he is pointless to run at 1.
Phantom Roxas
Bumped for a debate between Malicious and TToC.
GenzoTheHarpist
Malicious provides additional field presence in the form of synchros, and has a +1 effect. TToC doesn't provide any synchros (or any field presence, for that matter) and it's effect is +0.
