Wave-Motion Cannon is something I've been on the fence about for a while now. Part of me is saying that, because of the many ways that people can remove it, it doesn't pose any threat to the stability of the game, but another part of me is that it forces a player to focus almost all of his/her energy into removing it. So I'm banning it for the time being. But if you can supply a decent argument, I might reconsider.

 

Blasting the Ruins' only viable uses are OTKs. I don't like OTKs.

Jinzo is Royal Decree on DARK 2400 ATK legs. It invalidates Traps while being able to pretty much guarantee that it's going to swing for some big damage. That being said, I'm on the fence.

Rainbow Dark Dragon Turbo is a joke, to put it simply. Without Phantom of Chaos to give it some semblance of stability, and without DMoC to give it something to aim for, it can't Turbo through anything.

 

All-Out Attacks, apart from being key in many semi-consistent to consistent OTKs... actually, it's just the OTKs.

Ultimate Offering makes it far too easy to swarm the field, it bypasses the 1-Summon-per-turn thing that almost always makes the game faster, less skill-based, and therefor worse, and it's the cornerstone of a whole bunch of OTKs.

 

United We Stand is an OTK card. Plain and simple. It provides too much ATK for too little effort.

Those cards and Disk Commander allow you to draw up to 18 cards.

Please be reminded, though, that one can't build a deck - never mind a consistent one, just one with a win condition - out of Disk Commanders and Limit Reverses and Armageddon Knights.

Please be reminded that at high enough speeds, even a terrible win condition such as Lightning Vortex x3 + Vanilla Beatdown + Equips is enough to win games.
