I used it with such cards as Gigantes (3800 ATK), Cyber Dragon (4200 ATK), and Doom Dozer (5600 ATK). It's good if you know how to use it properly. Obviously, clearing their S/Ts is a good idea... It has potential to be abused to a point where it COULD warrant being semi-limited. However, that isn't the case since nobody runs it anymore. I've seen the potential of this card during my days of YVD. It got around the dreaded Horus/Jinzo lock with ease. I've seen entire decks based around this card that DESTROYED people. Not 100% of monsters that are somewhat good have Spell, Trap and Monster resistance. And not 100% of 1-Tribute monsters can get up to... 6000+ ATK. OP'd and banned/limited should be synonymous, they aren't exactly in this banlist but still should be. However, this card is good, not exactly OP'd, so yeah. Not to mention that getting a card with high ATK and Tributing it for this will give your opponent huge card advantage. I'd much rather run Caius.
