It's not just 2 cards, its 2 cards AND your battle phase. Compare that to judgment dragon which is 1000 life points and you can still attack for 3000+ that turn and you'll find volcano sorcerer quite balanced.

 

Please explain why you think emerald magician girl is overpowered.

I persoanly like both, some OCG errors and emerald magician girl is just a recolor. 4 stars. 7/10

To address the first thing. Discarding cards is easy to do as I'm a victim of Lightning Vortex multiple times and I take much more than just 3000 damage as is the effect of Sea-Dragon Daedalus or whatever is it.:lol:

 

Second you can keep placing in Breaker or something along those lines. Or if you have a Dark Magician Deck you probably could put 2 back into your deck and you should have easily a way to get it from your deck to the field. (i.e. Sages Stone and Dark Curtain or whatever it's called)

Discarding is easy but dropping a judgment dragon / Dark Armed Dragon is even easier. You lost me on the damage totals comparison, in order to deal 3000 damage without attacking, you have to destroy 10 cards, last I checked, that is unrealistic.

 

Other cards can recycle dark magician / breaker, the transmigration prophecy, pot of avarice. Even if that weren't true, the follow ups you described are situational.

Comparing your cards to broken bannable cards is not a wise move in claiming your cards are not broken or bannable.

As is repeatedly stated in the TCG section, justifying balance by comparing a card to other banworthy cards does not make the "balanced" card any less banworthy. Your opinions in this respect are therefore invalidated. I'm just going to rate the other cards.

I think their pretty awsome. Even though they are just recolored of other cards, I still like them. Especially Emerald Magician Girl, she would go good in my Dark magician deck.
