As long as this card is face-up, the selected monster cannot declare an attack or change Battle Positions. If there is another Angel-Type monster on your side of the field, this card cannot be attacked. I personally don't think they should have changed the types, but you know those wacky censors over here didn't like it so they changed it to Fairy (and Demon to Fiend). If you're gonna make English cards, write Fairy. At any rate, this card doesn't look much like a Fairy or an angel. It really ought to be a Spellcaster. It seems more of a Spellcaster than a fairy/angel, even though it would serve better as a fairy Sky Scourge-wise anyway. i give 10/10.
