You can discard 1 Spell Card in your hand to destroy 2 cards on the field. This card cannot attack the turn this effect is used. When a card effect targets this card, you can remove 1 monster in your Graveyard from play to negate the effect and destroy the card.

 

Fixed I think.

The first effect is kinda OP'd in my opinion as it's 1 card for 2 monsters, traps, or spells. MAke it so you can only destroy either 1 monster or 1 trap or spell card not 2 of any.

my way of saying it would be:

Once per turn, you can discard 1 Spell Card from your hand to destroy 1 card on the field. This card cannot declare an attack during the turn you use this effect. When this card is targeted by a card effect, you can remove from play 1 monster in your Graveyard to negate that card's effect and destroy it.

 

I also lowered the effect because it seems overpowered to me :D

I think that destroying 2 is justified because you are discarding a spell card, not any card, and Emerald Winged angel can't attack that turn.

 

I am changing the discard effect to once per turn and taking your rewording advice on the second effect though.

a monster with almost the ATK of a Blue Eyes White Dragon that can't be targeted by card effects and destroys cards when you discard spell cards and doesn't have summoning conditions doesn't sound overpowered enough to you O_o ?

I discard spell cards alot... is not that hard...+ the cards in the game that discard and destroy (xyz dragon cannon, dark armed dragon, frost and flame dragon, armed dragon, archlord zerato, dark zerato, etc) usually have a harder condition than that or are hard to summon.
