Skarlet
Reason: FFS its DAD Reason: Can be splashed into any deck that uses a few Beasts, hits the field easily, and potentialy generates a massive advantage Reason, it's bad enough to have a big card negated, let alone, taking lolburn damage, loosing another important card, or having another monster to deal with, and having this big guy dropped on you Reason: Drops on your oppnent with likely big attack tokens, or deals damage out of nowhere.... discuss, should these (any, all, or otherwise) be banned
Megaworm
meh. If they ban those, they should ban Chainsaw Insect for being a costless beatstick with 2400 ATK and deck destructive abilities. no good against lightsworn, i know, but on common ground it's a card worthy of rapefest decks. Chevalier
Baboon and Van won't be banned. Gorz just became Legal. DAD prob won't either.

Chevalier
DaD should. Gorz slows the game down, so no.

Chevalier
Mali will be at 2, prob, next format. Tele might be semi'd.Limit DAD Ftw.
Mr. Judgment Dragon
You missed Judgment Dragon. Cheap 3000 ATK Field-nuker that can easily hit the field. As for the ones mentioned in the start of this topic, Gorz and DAD should both be banned.
Chevalier
But he just became Legal. I've really gotten attached. But yea, he's way too splashable.
Megaworm
WHAT!?! JD IS SPLASHABLE!?! Nooo!!!!! I could've bought one for only 36 dollars, but i was like "it can only run in Lightsworn". It's all your fault.. *sob sob*
Chevalier
I meant Gorz. :\I thought the "he just became legal" would've been a hint.

Almost every Lightsworn card in terms of effects resembles a similar card that is still commonly run. Example: Celestia is the LS equivalent of a Monarch, Lyla is the LS equivalent of Breaker, Wulf is sorta the LS equivalent of Cyber Dragon, Solar Recharge is the LS equivalent of Destiny Draw and Charge of the Light Brigade is the LS equivalent of RotA. You could still have a small number of good Lightsworns (2 Lyla, 2 Wulf, 2 Ryko, 1 Ehren, 1 Jain, 3 Solar Recharge and 2 or 3 CotLB or something like that) in a Deck to use Judgment Dragon. Zack Blaze
It really depends on what your opponent has on the field for Gorz. If he has 1 monster with 300 ATK that does damage to you then yeah, it is overpowered but if your opponent has 3 or more monsters on the field with 2500+ ATK then no its not. Skarlet
clearly you havent faced the monkey and van in well played environments, they can be big time game changers, if not finishers
Tabris
If well-played environ = 3-0 formats, then yes, I've played under them. (Van sucked eggs; Baboon was decent). That's still not sayin' if the two I criticize are truly broken.
Phantom Roxas
Notice how Baboon is the only EARTH monster, but Judgment Dragon is somehow not worth mentioning.

Gorz is mainly to buy you a turn or make your opponent waste card destruction on him. He's broken no matter what.
