If this card is Special Summoned by the effect of a Spell Card, increase this card's ATK by 1000 until the End Phase. Each time a Spell or Trap Card is activated, place 1 Hope Counter on this card (max. 4). If the effect of a Spell or Trap Card is activated, you can remove 2 Hope Counters from this card to negate the effect of that Spell or Trap Card. Once per turn, you can remove 1 Hope Counter from this card to switch the Battle Position of 1 monster on the field. If this card is selected as an attack target, remove 2 Hope Counter from this card to negate the attack. If there are no Spell or Trap Cards on the field, remove this card from play. As long as this card remains on the field, "Elemental Hero" cards cannot be destroyed by battle (excluding any "Elemental Hero Sabre"). When this card destroys a monster by battle, put 1 Hero Counter on this card. You can remove 2 Hero Counters to draw 1 card. If the card is not a "Elemental Hero" monster, discard it. When this card is Special Summoned, declare 1 Attribute. You can add 1 monster with the same Attribute to your hand from your Graveyard. This card's ATK is equal to the number of "Monarch" monsters in your Graveyard x 1000. Once per turn, you can select 1 "Monarch" monster in your Graveyard and equip it to this face-up monster. When this card is equipped with a "Monarch" monster, this card's ATK becomes 2400.
