Sleepy Posted January 25, 2009 Report Share Posted January 25, 2009 I have to say I agree with nightmarian in his/her (probably his) explanation. first card is underpowered sinse you have to discard 5 fiends and have this card as the sixth card in your hand... you could summon it if you get a way to send lots of them to the graveyard and recover them with "dark factory of mass production" and that old trap card that recobers 3 normal monsters (of course, it only works for normal monsters ^-^ but using normals is the fastest way I can think of)I have to say I like the pic but I've seen it before.. second card: I have to say that I don't like this pic as much but it is holoed, which gives effort/time points and its a unique pic I've never seen before. making it equal in that sense effect yeah.. it doesn't have enough of a payment... I could just use it on my Gold Sarcophagus and take whatever I wanted.. and if negated,, "at least" it destroys an opponent's monster so its not completely a waste... and this card would be the best way to use "recycle" to pay 300 and recover a spell & trap to your deck and then add it to your hand.. woow...I like the card... but yeah.. You can skip your Draw Phase and pay Life Points equal to the number of cards in your hand x 100 to add 1 Spell or Trap Card from your Deck to your hand. Selecting a Spell or Trap Card and adding it to your hand for an effect that's so easy to pull off. Very overpowered. That part is the only reason my vote goes to megadriver. As well as the fact his card is very unplayable and somewhat underpowered for a beatstick due to the next-to-impossible to fulfil summoning conditions. DeMeNTeD's card is a little overpowered since it changes the Draw Phase to an, add 1 Spell or Trap Card of your choice from your Deck to your hand effect. In a competitive game, by the time you have 5 fiends in your hand, you are probably a dead meat. even if u summoned this, u will probably have no more backups in ur hand. this card is still vulnerable to monster effects and cards that destroys monster before they can even get summoned. demented's card, however, is on the other extreme for being overpowered. The way u try to balance that effect out is pretty much nothing if you have no cards in your hand(or 1 or 2). also, being able to SELECT(uber broken part) a spell from your DECK is much better than drawing a random card IMO. The reason why is this card overpowered is very self-explanatory. in between a broken, overpowered card and a uncompetitive, underpowered card, i would vote for driver.
