Mr. Judgment Dragon
Threatening Roar should always be used before Waboku unless you are running Gladiator Beasts. Since this obviously isnt Gladiator Beasts, use Threatening Roars over Waboku.
Bunter Dwayne
I like your logic, JD. I like the absolute ABUSAGE of Penguin Soldier.
PremierAameer
Thanks I put in Waboku so if they attack Penguins I can use the effect without losing it but Threatening Roar does prevent them from attacking at all..

SephirothKirby
Why only 1 Des Frog? Where is Treeborn Frog? You use it with Subsitoad and more Des Frog. No, silly. There are two types of Frog Decks. Des Frog Build, and Wetlands Build. This one uses 1 Des Frog so you can Substitoad into it, and make a level 8 Synchro. But really? Treeborn Frog? Do you not see all the continuous crap this deck runs? I mean, it's entirely based around a Field Spell.
Toffee.
Flipped Frong seems a bit slow....(but thats just me)
PremierAameer
Hmm.. I'm not saying Frog's aren't the way to go but this deck uses mainly low level monster so Des Frog and most synchros won't do..Also Treeborn won't work because of the continuesUnfrog, Sustitaod, Tadpole and Poison Draw all qualify but do nothing for the deck except slow it down :'(
SephirothKirby
How the hell does a 1,600 Direct Attacker with a built-in MST slow the deck down? And really? Substitoad? He's the fastest card in the deck. Stardust maintains control. And just so you know. Normal Summon Junk Synchron. Special Summon Starboy. Inferno Reckless Summon. Starboy's ATK: 2,000 x3 (w/o Wetlands); 3,200 x3 (w/ Wetlands). Synchro Summon Junk Warrior. Junk Warrior's ATK: 5,300, +2 Starboys with 1,500 ATK (w/o Wetlands); 7,700 ATK, +2 Starboys with 2,700 ATK (w/ Wetlands).
PremierAameer
I've considered Junk Synchron, Junk Warrior among many other but it sounds a lot better than it works. This deck works best with level limits and 2 card combos. For your ideal combo to work, you woul need 1 Star Boy in your graveyard, 2 in your deck, a JS in your hand and Inferno Reckless either set or in your hand. That takes time to set up and comes with risks but I'll consider it =)
SephirothKirby
Inferno Reckless pulls from anywhere. Not just deck. Also, I can't imagine how you would find enough Level 2> monsters without structuring it with Frogs.

PremierAameer
I can use some frogs except they all have drawbacks in this deck. 1. Des Frog would be weaker than the 2 stars anyways. Also a dead draw. 2. Treeborn can't come back unless my opponent clears my backfield and I have no need to tribute it. 3. Poison Draw is good but not needed. 4. Unifrog is amazing with 1600 but Penguins clear the field anyways. To use the other effect I would need other frogs. 5. Substitoad pulls any frog out but why pull out Des, Treeborn or Poison Draw? Are there any cards other that Lv2 Water aquas that are good? Thanks Kirby And Armadilloz ur sig is freaking Awesome! It makes me hungry for a slice of Great Angus with Steak sauce and a Stim Pack of Root Beer
