GIANT BLUE GUY: Discuss

Recommended Posts

Cannot be used without incurring a -2 via a specific 3-card combo, one of whose elements is all but useless outside of such a combo and another of whose elements has a de facto Semi-Limit. The effect is nice, but the cost needed to summon it plus the lack of self-defense makes it not-terribly-useful.

Before you get him out you have to go through these monsters

Since you probably have a way of summuning Neos you will likely be able to trade one of your cards for one of his.

After that you use Nex to bring out

Who can do the same thing with some burn effect added.

And after all of this you can bring out Marine Neos.

You can clearly see it takes too many cards for what you get in return. At least Marine Neos doesn't return to the fusion deck at the end of the turn.

Wait' date=' a Fusion of a Fusion, that requires NEX?

No thanks.

E: Oh, NEX is actually Easy-Fuse. Well, since I already started on the deck, I'll finish for lulz.

You forget, Marine ALSO counts as a copy of Aqua Dolphin.

... Since when?

Last I checked cards didn't suddenly coun't towards the limit of three for a card their name is treated as.

Usually, they don't. Usually, some restriction prevents this; for example, Proto-Cydra is only a Cydra while on the field. However, a few cards that have been Harpie'd count as being the same for all purposes, including deckbuilding.
