For one thing, all of the cards here are Vanilla Pendulums, so most certainly, any support that exists for them also extends here.

Anyway, Yan and Luke are the ones that allows you to recycle dead Millenniums in order to trigger.

I would probably recommend making their destruction effects target, so opponent can more/less respond to things. Kind of a general rule of thumb that destruction effects that hit single targets should more/less target.  As things stand, Yan is essentially a Spiritualism for them; gives whatever Millennium monster you want the power to pop a S/T card when it kills something.

Luke, same thing, especially because you are banishing something. Hopefully you are aware that retrieving banished cards is not as simple as that of getting things out of the grave. Change this one to targeting. The OPT battle immunity is fine.

Dandyman allows you to mess up Graveyard oriented strategies (and indeed, the game revolves around it quite a bit now), provided you don't mind boosting the opponent's LP (although that tends not to be a major factor). As for shuffling stuff into the Deck, it's basically a non-targeting Castel. Again, change it to targeting and you're good. Though his Pendulum cost certainly allows you to set up for the first two.

Werecat blows itself up for a Creature Swap-esque effect or pops a card on the field. In this case, I'd probably be okay with it being non-targeting since it is more/less a one-time thing in its case.

Major mills your Deck to allow you either (1) Access to reviving another Millennium monster from the Graveyard (usually from self-mill, Dandyman or Werewolf, or if you use them as Xyz Material or something). Or you can double ATK in lieu of damaging the opponent. Either option works well, depending on situation.

Werewolf grants them the ability to banish stuff on the field in a similar vein to Interdimensional Matter Transporter, except for the opponent and not restricted to WHAT it can banish. That, or you can opt to have a Zerofyne-esque effect + burn for it. Stat-wise, it's fine (though only way you're P-Summoning this card is with another copy, but you know this by now).

---------

Another thing that I should note on is that all of them indeed have varying Scales in a similar vein to Performapals.

Depending on what Scales you have out, certain members will be difficult to summon out, although yeah, Swaying Gaze exists.

I could say have their Scales be more consistent (essentially, have 2 different Scale values; much like how Igknights, Qli, Majespecters, etc).

Have half of them use the lower Scale and the others with the upper Scale. (Werewolf is definitely going to be 8, if you even want to SS copies of himself).
