Both players then discard their hand and draw 5 new cards. As long as this card is face-up on the field, no player can summon monsters if they already have one on the field.

Once per turn, if this card delivers Direct Damage to your opponent, you can select and activate 1 of the following effects:

*Decrease 1 Fiend-Type monster's ATK by 200 until the End Phase of your turn.

*Select 1 monster on the field, the selected monster cannot attack until the End Phase of your opponent's next turn.
