EFFECT:

Equip to one face-up Toon Monster you control. That monster is considered a Tuner as long as this card remains on the field. If that monster is used for a Synchro Summon, equip this card to that Synchro Monster. As long as "Toon World" is face-up on your side of the field and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, a Synchro Monster equipped with this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. If "Toon World" is destroyed, destroy the equipped monster.

Horrid picture, I know, but I'm no artist. That, and all I have to work with is Google and MS Paint.

Sorry for being late :(

Effect:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 Normal Monster that includes "Alien" in it's name. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all "Alien" monsters gain 200 ATK and DEF. During your End Phase, if this card is destroyed by battle, you can pay 1500 Life Points to Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position ignoring the summoning conditions.

Too late right?

Here is my card,

Every time your opponent declares an attack on a face-up "Blackwing" monster, you can negate the attack by sending the top 3 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard. If you send a Spell card(s) to your Graveyard, your opponent gains 600 Life Points per Spell card. If you send a Trap card(s) to your Graveyard, you lose 600 Life Points per Trap card. If you send a "Blackwing" monster(s) to the Graveyard, your opponent loses 1000 Life Points per "Blackwing" monster. If you send a monster(s) to the Graveyard that does not have "Blackwing" in its name you lose 3000 Life Points per monster card.

Each time a "Batteryman" monster is Summoned put 1 "Charge Counter" on this card. Increase the ATK of all "Batteryman" monsters by 200 for each "Charge Counter" on this card, remove 1 "Charge Counter" from this card to gain 600 Life Points. Each time a "Batteryman" monster is sent to the Graveyard put 1 "Discharge Counter" on this card. Increase the DEF of all "Batteryman" monsters by 300 for each "Discharge Counter" on this card, you can remove 1 "Discharge Counter" from this card to inflict 600 Damage to your opponent. If this card would be destroyed you can remove 1 "Charge Counter" and 1 "Discharge Counter" instead.

This supports Ice Boundary monsters, which restrict their opponent's movements and their field

This card can only be equipped to an "Ice Boundary" monster you control. A monster equipped to his card cannot be destroyed by battle (damage calculation is applied normally). During your Main Phase, increase your Life Points by 200. When an "Ice Boundary" monster is Special Summoned to your field, you can place 1 Water Summoning Seal Counter on 1 monster your opponent controls. Monsters with Water Summoning Seal Counters on them cannot attack or change their battle position. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, remove all Water Summoning Seal Counters.
