I'm pretty sure my OCG fix is good.

 

Still, it is just a Cyber Dragon with a conditional 2200 ATK, rather than a straight forward 2100.

 

Even if you Summon a monster (which you would only do to Tribute or to use an Effect) then you would have 2000 DEF, which is perdy high.

Yeah, but that is still just defense. Also, a Lightening Vortex would get rid of it really quickly, as well as many other Spell and Trap Cards, and even monster effects, so it isn't that much OP'ed, but I do see you point. :D

 

 

 

can't really fault this card

although personally i think the effect just makes it looks like it's meant to be a "new and improved" Cyber Dragon.

a little tacky imo but like i said before there is nothing wrong with this card

I wasn't even think of Cyber Dragon when I made this card, whic is kind of ironically funny if you think about it. XD

 

So, tacky, meaning uninteresting, and a little boring?

I have to admit, your drawing skill is improved! You now know to shade and put on some background. It's awesome.

 

for the effect. it is sound simple, but I think its a bit OP, I mean, you can give it a lower Defense point or something.. by the way, simple is the best.

 

keep at it. 9/10

Question: Does it gain the ATK permanently or not, or it's effect is continuous and active only while you control only it...

If so, the effect should be like :

Someone said it's overpowered. Well, it doesn't state that there your opponent needs to have any monsters. Instead this card can be Summoned the 1st turn on an empty field and have 2200ATK (it's not something that big these days anyway)..So - i don't think it's overpowered, not even compared to the blackfeather's broken-ness...

 

Now for the ART: It's vicious & charming.

You improved actually, i see some shading, skin rendering (if it's skin).

You can try drawing a bit thicker lines, or a glowing outline that would prevent your monster mixing with the background, or color your background in a way t5hat would contrast and 'complement' your monster's color scale.

 

Hope i was useful in any way. Feel free to ignore my suggestions if you think they are innapropriate.

I can't decided whether I think the effect is overpowered or not. It's become a lot like a cyber dragon. I think that to have two good effects activated by the same effect might be a bit much.

Yeah, it's only when it's the only card you control, so it isn't permanent.

My lines used to be too thick, and now they are too thin. I never learned how to do a glowing outline, but I can try doing it manually. I am trying to do a good color in the background, but I get carried away, so I'm going to have to work on not getting carried away in general, because then it looks bad.

Love the pic fuzzie. You are most definately getting better. About those earlier posts. Most people who don't realize the pic is hand drawn will say it sucks unless you are the absolute best artist here. xD. I get comments like those too. You shouldn't take them to seriously. Ignore their comments unless it comes with an explanation as to why it is bad or whatever they say it is. No gain then no pain, they are just dumb noobs. :D

I like your "discarding" cost that prevents it from being a totally better DARK Cyber Dragon.

What people mean with "simple" is not actually suggesting that you should add a bunch of random effects to make it as long as possible. I think they mean, it has an effect to Special Summon itself and an effect to gain attack.... not a very innovative idea to show alone.

I think its ok, as long as it works well in the Deck you are making its ok ;)

 

Don't use "its not OP because it can be destroyed by x card". Its easily counterable by things like "by that logic' date=' Chaos Emperor Dragon is not overpowered because it can be destroyed by Bottomless Trap Hole, and Raigeki can be negated". (just a tip ;)

It is easy to ignore them, by pressing the report button. XD

 

I do ignore them anyways, but I basically kept getting the same comment over and over again, and when you can see the rules from space, I lost all patience.

I wasn't I was just giving an example of the almost infinite number of Spell and Trap Cards that can destroy it. :)
