Yeah, I said it, freakin' awesome, what you gona do about it? Anyway, the pic is seriously cool (and clearly handdrawn, right?), the stats have the basic Neos thing going on (way to keep true to Neos, dude), and the effect is pretty balanced. Maybe you should make it so you only discard up to 2 cards to destroy up to said number of cards (just a suggestion, though). And the thing where if he gets destroyed in battle is a nice touch, too.
