NOTE: This again is not my work. I got this off of Pojo.biz again. This is a list of all (or most) of the cards from Hidden Arsenal (AKA Premium Pack 3) ^_^. I can't wait for these cards

/Note.

 

Blizzed, Guard of the Ice Boundary

WATER/Aqua - Effect/1/300/500

When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard draw one card.

 

Blizzard Warrior

WATER/Warrior - Effect/3/1400/400

When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, confirm the top card of your opponents deck, then return it on top or under the deck.

 

Practitioner of the Ice Boundary

WATER/Aqua - Tuner/2/1300/0

While you control an "Ice Boundary" monster except this card, all monster with Level 4 or above cannot declare an attack.

 

Ptarmigan of Mist Valley

WIND/Thunder - Effect/3/1100/700

When this face-up card on the field was returned to your hand, Special Summon this card to your field. During a turn Special Summoned successfully by this effect, this card cannot attack.

 

Medicine Man of Mist Valley

WIND/Winged-Beast - Tuner/3/1200/1200

By returning 1 monster you control except this card to your hand, increase the ATK of this cad by 500 points until the End Phase. This effect can only be used once per turn.

 

Soldier of Mist Valley

WIND/Winged-Beast - Tuner/4/1700/300

While you control this face-up card, an opponent's monster not destroyed by this card as a result of the battle is returned to its owner's hand at end of the Damage Step.

 

Flamvell Dragunov

FIRE/Dragon - Effect/2/1100/200

When this card was destroyed by Battle and sent to the Graveyard, inflict 500 Damage to your opponent's Life Points. By removing from play this card in your Graveyard and a face-up FIRE monster you control, add 1 "Flamvell Dragunov" from your Deck to your hand.

 

Flamvell Magical

FIRE/Spellcaster - Tuner/4/1400/200

While you control an "Ally Of Justice" monster, this card's ATK is increased by 400 Points.

FIRE/Dragon - Tuner/1/100/2000

Normal Monster

 

X-Saber Axel

EARTH/Beast-Warrior - Effect/1/400/100

While you control this face-up card, when a "Saber" monster is destroyed by Battle and sent to the Graveyard, draw 1 card.

 

X-Saber Airbellum

EARTH/Beast - Tuner/3/1600/200

When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points by attacking them directly, your opponent randomly discards 1 card from their hand.

 

X-Saber Urz

EARTH/Beast-Warrior - Effect/4/1600/1000

When this card destroys an opponent's monster as result of battle and sent to the Graveyard, by Tributing this card, you can return the destroyed card on top of the owner's deck.

 

All-Sword Commander Gatoms

EARTH/Beast-Warrior - Effect/5/2100/1600

While this card is face-up on the field, increase the ATK of face-up "Saber" monster by 400 Points.

DARK/Machine/6/2400/1200

Normal Monster

 

Ally Of Justice Galadholg

DARK/Machine - Effect/4/1600/400

When this card battles a LIGHT monster, during the Damage Step only increase this card's ATK by 200 points

 

Ally Of Justice Rudra

DARK/Machine - Effect/5/1900/1200

When this card battles with a LIGHT monster, during the Damage Step only increase the ATK of this card by 700 Points.

 

Worm Apocalypse

LIGHT/Reptile - Effect/1/300/200

Flip: Destroy 1 Magic or Trap card on the field.

 

Worm Barusas

LIGHT/Reptile - Effect/3/1400/1500

When this card is Normal Summoned successfully, change 1 monster in Defense Position to face-up Attack Position.

 

Worm Cartaros

LIGHT/Reptile - Effect/4/1200/500

Flip: Add 1 Level 4 or less "Worm" Reptile-Type monster from your Deck to your hand.

 

Worm Dimikles

LIGHT/Reptile - Effect/4/1700/1400

Flip: While this card is face-up on the field, the ATK and DEF of this card are increased by 300 Points.

 

Worm Eerokin

LIGHT/Reptile - Effect/6/2400/1200

This card cannot be Special Summoned. Select 1 face-up "Worm" Reptile-Type monster to change it to face-down Defense Position. You can only use this effect once per turn.

 

Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Boundary

WATER/Sea-Serpent - Synchro/6/2300/1400

Tuner + 1 or more Non-Tuner monster

Discard any number of cards from your hand to activate this effect. Afterwards, return from the field to the owner's hand, the same number of cards as sent to the Graveyard.

 

Mist Wurm

WIND/Thunder - Synchro/9/2500/1500

Tuner + 2 or more Non-Tuner monster

When this card is successfully Synchro Summoned, return up to 3 cards your opponent controls to the owner's hand.

 

Flamvell Urquizas

FIRE/Pyro - Synchro - Effect/6/2100/400

Tuner + 1 or more Non-Tuner Monster

When this card attacks a Defense Position monster and its ATK is higher than the DEF of that monster, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, increase the ATK of this card by 300 points.

 

X-Saber Urbellum

EARTH/Warrior - Synchro - Effect/7/2200/1300

Tuner + 1 or more Non-Tuner Monster

When your opponent has 4 or more cards in their hand, and this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, your opponent randomly selects 1 card in his hand and puts it on top of their deck.

 

Ally Of Justice Catastor

DARK/Machine - Synchro/5/2200/1200

Tuner + 1 or more Non-Tuner monster

When this card battles with a Non-DARK monster, skip Damage Calculation and destroy that monster.

 

Wrath of Neos

Normal Magic

Select 1 face-up "Elemental Hero Neos" you control to activate this card. Return the selected "Elemental Hero Neos" to the owner's Deck, and after that, destroy all cards on the field.

 

Detonating

Normal Magic

Destroy all face-up "Kuriboh" and "Kuriboh Token", you can destroy up to a number of cards your opponent controls equal to the number you destroyed.

 

Berserker Crash

Quick-Play Magic

Remove from play 1 monster in your Graveyard to activate this card. Until this turn's End Phase, increase the ATK and DEF of a face-up "Hane Kuriboh" you control by that of the removed monster.

 

Evolution Burst

Normal Magic

You can activate this card only if you control a face-up "Cyber Dragon". Destroy 1 card your opponent controls. During a turn you activated this card, a "Cyber Dragon" cannot attack.

Select 1 face-up "Elemental Hero Neos" you control to activate this card. Return the selected "Elemental Hero Neos" to the owner's Deck, and after that, destroy all cards on the field.

Destroy all face-up "Kuriboh" and "Kuriboh Token", you can destroy up to a number of cards your opponent controls equal to the number you destroyed.

 

Berserker Crash

Quick-Play Magic

Remove from play 1 monster in your Graveyard to activate this card. Until this turn's End Phase, increase the ATK and DEF of a face-up "Hane Kuriboh" you control by that of the removed monster.

 

Evolution Burst

Normal Magic

You can activate this card only if you control a face-up "Cyber Dragon". Destroy 1 card your opponent controls. During a turn you activated this card, a "Cyber Dragon" cannot attack.

 

The bolded cards are my main wants from this set. I wouldn't mind pulling all of the flamvell, ice boundary, and mist valley cards.

 

This set is full of win. The only cards I don't want are the urbellums along with all of the x-sabers except airbellum, and the worms.

So it shouldn't be all that hard to get those.

Rarity isn't the problem I am having, its Altering the Odds that I don't like. There is no reason why gold CCV was pulled 1 out of 5 cases. UDE deliberately made love to its drop rate.

That's what I'm saying, their probably gonna make catastor (and maybe brionac) like mezuki. They ARE called Failnami, amirite?

 

But at the time, it wasn't Konami who was in the wrong. UDE was in charge of distribution, meaning they had last say on ratios. UDE manipulated Mezuki's drop rate. Konami is actualy in the clear... for now. -.-

Uh... no. Konami did that.

 

How so when Konami Had no rights to Distribution Until their lawsuit in 2009?

 

Because it was Konami that printed the cards. UDE couldn't have made the pull rate of CCV any higher even if they wanted to, because they couldn't print any more cards. As I recall, doing so is what made them lose distribution rights in the first place.

What more is there to discuss? None of those cards are new, as far as I can tell. Most of them suck, and the ones that don't have already been discussed to hell and back.

HIGH RARITIES THAT ARENT RARE!!!

 

I luzz easy to get secret rares. Especially if they are of good cards.

 

I hated the Premium Packs. They were a let down. Except for Mezuki and various other cards.

Because most of the cards you got were crap... the few that were good were next to impossible to get :? or atleast too hard to get in general.
