Lexadin
But how can you play a Synchro/Fusion from your hand? It doesn't make any sense.

Spirit of DMG
Wait, if you use Hane Hane's effect on a Synchro monster, does it go into your hand?
Kira Magister Magi
No, it does not. Monsters from your Extra Deck that are "returned to the hand" are returned to the Extra Deck.
Kira Magister Magi
It's happened to me in a game several times. ANY monster that came from the Extra Deck goes straight to the ED instead of the hand.
Shadow Zero
to end this argument before it gets even more pointless.in a tourny duel, the rules state that the card goes back to the extra deck if it is a fusion or synchro monster.when having an online duel and you are hit with something like penguin soldier, hade-hane, neo-spacian grandmole, etc. it sends any fusion or synchro monsters back to the extra deck. they do not have an option that says send the synchro/fusion monster back to the main deck, hand etc.for those of you who yvd or use yugiohnetwork (or a similar online or downloadable dueling program {KCVDS, for example}) you should already know what i am talking about. Zeroke
For all of you guys, get ready for Judgement. Judgement: Event where one person is judged on whether he is able to join or not? Bored, Hoard, Lord, God I am so bored! So Synchro/Fusion monsters are sent back to the extra deck when they are defeated?
Kira Magister Magi
No, when they are supposed to go to the hand. They go to the Grave when killed, unless stated otherwise.

Ace Daimon
Because you aren't intimidating enough.By the way, I have a problem:I have a set of cards called "Silver Slayers", which are based on the Claymores from the anime series Claymore, and I'm thinking on posting them, but I have no idea where to place them. Ace Daimon
OK.Here are a few members of the archetype. If you control a face-up "Silver Slayer" monster, you may Special Summon this monster from your hand. Once per turn, if you control this monster on the field, you can equip it to a face-up "Silver Slayer" monster on your side of the field as an Equip Card, OR unequip it and Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position. When equipped to a monster by this card's effect, that monster gains 500 ATK and DEF. (1 monster can only be equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time. If the equipped monster would be destroyed, this card is destroyed instead.)This monster is also treated as a Warrior-type monster. When this monster is destroyed as a result of battle, you may place this monster on the bottom of your Deck in order to Special Summon 1 "Silver Slayer" monster from your Deck, other than a "Rookie Silver Slayer" or a "Raki, Assistant of the Silver Slayers". The monster Special Summoned by this card's effect cannot attack during your next Battle Phase. This monster is also treated as a Warrior-type monster. This monster can be Normal Summoned by placing 2 face-up "Silver Slayer" monsters on your side of the field on the bottom of your Deck instead of Tributing them. When this monster is destroyed as a result of battle, if you have another face-up "Silver Slayer" on your side of the field, you may shuffle this monster into your Deck to Special Summon 1 LV4 or lower "Silver Slayer" from your Graveyard. This monster is also treated as a Warrior-type monster. This monster can be Special Summoned from your hand if you have at least 1 other face-up "Silver Slayer" monster on your side of the field. As long as you have another face-up "Silver Slayer" monster on your side of the field, during battle between a "Silver Slayer" monster and a DARK Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. This monster is also treated as a Warrior-type monster. When this monster destroys a monster as a result of battle, increase this monster's ATK by 300. When this monster is destroyed as a result of battle, you may place this card on the bottom of your Deck in order to destroy the monster that destroyed this monster as a result of battle and sent it to the Graveyard. If the monster destroyed by this monster's effect was a DARK monster, inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points. This monster is also treated as a Warrior-type monster. When a monster is returned or sent to a player's Deck from either the field or a player's Graveyard by a card effect, you may draw 1 card. During your Standby Phase, increase your Life Points by 200 for each face-up "Silver Slayer" monster on your side of the field. The theme of the Silver Slayers is fivefold: anti-DARK, counting as Warriors, swarming, beatdown, and returning cards to the Deck from the field or Graveyard. This is just a sampling of the archetype, but I designed them to support each other well, and play off of the effects of other members of the archetype.I also have some Spell and Trap card support, but I'm still working on them, and I don't know whether to just write the Spells and Traps.Where should they fit?
