He's pretty weak for a LV5 and you need to combo him with a LV10 that has only 200 ATK/100 DEF to make him ATK 3100. So basically it's just bad. The "itsu" monsters suck pretty much everywhere other than a deck that is 100% dedicated to bringing them out.
