Once per turn, you can select 1 face-up card on the field. Negate the effect(s) of the selected card during this turn. If you're running a Simorgh Control Deck, or you're siding against LS or BW, have fun. If not, don't bother. Great art, horrid name, okay effect. Anway, its effect is usually not too useful, but it can be useful in some situations. In summary, not a splashable card, but useful in the right deck.
