It's a fairly balanced effect with an appropriate discard cost, nice stat boost with the drawback of not being able to attack directly, and rfging it during the end phase to prevent resummoning the same monster to handle opposing monsters. It's all good until you can abuse the card for synchro summons by synchroing off the tuner/non-tuner you summon with it. I'm pretty interested in making a Genex deck but man is it hard to construct a good build for them since their effects are mish mash and lack consistency. Synchro into this, bring back a Gadget from the Graveyard, get a Gadgets to your hand, possibly swarm, and it's Limiter Removal with legs for the monster that it SS'd, only that it removes the monster form play rather than destroying. Regardless, it doesn't matter. This needs a Genex Tuner, and all they have are: Ally Genex Remote (LV3)Real Genex Coordinator (LV2)Real Genex Oracle (LV1)Recycle Genex (LV1)Spare Genex (LV3)Genex Controller (LV3) Those are the only options.
