Its already too late to tell you to change natures, so go for this set:

 

Night Slash, Hone Claws, U-Turn, Aerial Ace.

 

The problem with an Adamant Zoroark is that it must use Physical Moves to be most effective. Zoroark's physical movepool pre-Elite Four is atrocious. Even if you have beaten the Elite Four, there still isn't much on the Physical Side that can be used. A Modest or Timid nature is better since you can use the Special movepool, which is slightly better.

Is there a reason Dragon Tail doesn't take your Speed into consideration?

Dragon Tail has low priority because of its shuffle capability. If it was a normal priority, it would be broken. Say any fast Pokemon that can learn it used it. Its Speed would let it attack first, damage the opposing Pokemon, and switch it out, not letting the opponent attack for the turn. Rinse and repeat.

Is there a pokemon you need? If it's Generation 1-4 I might have it. Also, if anyone has a modest fully ev/iv'd hydreigon i'll give a legit shiny kyurem, golurk, or hydreigon.

 

actually I was waiting for someone to comment on my list and whether I should post the updated version. I can get the Hydregion for you, but you'll have to wait about a week or 2

It'll take a while since I have to clone my IV Dittos and transfer them over, as well as get enough BP for the power items. Not to mention I have to import a Pokemon with Pokerus from my Platinum. THEN I can breed. Followed my the EV training which should be easy. Then I have to go look for a Wifi hotspot to trade you it. Roughly 2 weeks. Other Pokemon will take shorter as I will have the tools already.
