Instant Fusion makes it too easy to get out, and since its treated as a Fusion Summon (with Instant Fusion), it would be easily revived with Limit Reverse and Graceful Revival, so yes, I believe 0 is just fine for it.

If Instant Fusion were banned, then many other cards would be unbanned along with this. It isn't as broken as some, but I think if Instant Fusion WAS banned, then it would be acceptable in the Current Meta.

That is a video of me playing with it in my TAG FORCE 4, its a PsP game look it up. Anyway, this card too powerful but as you will see in my video it has its weaknesses, i mean without metamorphosis or magical scientist/cyber-stein its pretty much an easy to summon fusion monster but it is very awesome just as it was when 1st played by Pegasus :) those were the days!!!
