That fusion would probably give you a "You have won' date=' just as long as this monster can inflict battle damage" effect (just to be sure PoC couldn't take too easy a way out). As for Formula Synchron, since I'm sure Yusei won't summon Effect Veiler, I bet he would summon Turbo Warrior, summon Turbo Booster, summon this, draw a card, Synchro out Stardust somehow and probably Accel Synchro.Either that, or have Stardust out or Synchro it out, Special Summon Xiaolong, summon [insert Level 1 Tuner here'], summon this, draw, and Accel Synchro. Because an easily revive-able level 2 tuner which gives +s each turn isn't worth using already? Not perfect, sure, but runnable in some Decks probably. Although, with the Level 1 Tuners and One for One, it is summonable; but it will likely cost you more than 1 card to summon.
