Elecs direct a lot. You could also just clear the field with some s/ts/whatever

Elecs do require a bit of luck at the moment. I think they will be like X-Sabers; people will mock you for using them but they will soon get a lot of support. They are a control archetype, limiting your opponents options. I can see people using them.

As for the card, it is bad. This is mostly because the opponent picks the card they loss.
