Canadian
Lore: 1 "Elec" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Thunder-Type monster. This card can attack your opponent directly. If this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points by attacking directly, your opponent randomly returns 1 card in their hand to the top of their Deck. The new Yata. Discuss. Toffee.
For the record, guys, this isnt even bannable in the first place >__> You have to effectivly run a ElecWatt deck in order to use this. And unlike Yata, this card DOESNT trap someone in a permenent lock. Canadian
With more support it will. Given of course that the Watt (Elec's) Archtype gets more hand control support. You don't know just yet.

Toffee.
OT: Thought the Watt Archtype loves the locks :SThe archtype is based around it. It requires a bit of set-up, but they can easily block everything. Wattgiraffe lets you defeat Stardust with distruction effects :
~ P O L A R I S ~
1400? Don't particularly want. Oh, and it's nothing like Yata for the record.
darkwolf777
Its not like Yata no. The only way to avoid being locked here is to keep your hand empty and top deck cards you can play from your hand (or set). If you end up with unplayable card(s), it'll end up returning to the top of the deck, to be forever redrawn. >

Skarlet
The amount of control required to pull this off properly is mind-boggling. I mean honestly, it's not gonna happen easily.
wero-vasto
We knos is not like Yata u.u This is just another absurd effort of Konami of making a bannable card legal =/ OT: Thought the Watt Archtype loves the locks :SThe archtype is based around it. werewolfjedi
this archtype is fairly interesting though with the fact that I think almost all of the monsters can attack directly with some fairly good numbers. just run a ton battle stoppers, and this deck could win in the most un-beliveable ways. Flame Dragon
If you can win with this you should. It is so hard to lock with this it isn't even funny. This isn't in the least broken.

byak
According to your logic, any card that stops your opponent from having any kind of a hand should be bad. Therefore, Fenrir should be banned....Fenrir is sorta better than this. >______>

darkwolf777
Well' date=' this card could be nice with robbin goblin...[/quote'] I don't know the whole Elec archetype but with Elechimera alone, but If your opponent is lacking options to stop Elechimera for whatever reason, they'll need to empty their hand as soon as possible so that Elechimera can't return anything to the top of their deck, allowing them to top deck something that can counter it. This card forces your opponent to overextend their backrow and rid themselves of currently unusable cards that could be sent to the top of the deck for a dead draw, in order to have hope of drawing fresh cards. If Robbin' Goblin sends the unusable cards to the Graveyard instead of returning them to the top of the Deck though Elechimera, it'll allow your opponent that chance to get new cards.
