Try the rulings our local JUDGE makes.

 

1) You need to tribute to give Gemini monsters over level 4 thier effects.

2) There must be a monster face-down for Ceasefire to be activated.

3) You can activate Hand Destruction when you have no cards in your hand.

4) Dark Cat with White Tail's effect can be activated even if you don't control a monster (IE when it's attacked and destroyed and you don't have another monster out)

Wow, I have to do that a lot. In fact, one of my friends built a not-so-good Destiny Hero deck, and I had to correct him over and over, by the end of the duel, I knew his deck better then he did. However, he listened to what I said, so I wasn't too upset.
