Set IMOT and simochi. Let your opponent summon a monster. Take the card with creature swap and attack IMOT with their monster to screw em over with simochi and IMOT's backlash. Use spell of pain along with it Spell of Pain will not work. "The Immortal of Thunder" effect is not "Damage", you simply "lose" Life Points. Spell of Pain cannot be activated. As mentioned, The Immortal of Thunder's effect is not "damage", you just simply "lose" life points. Prime Material Dragon will not be able to turn that into a 5000 Life Point increase.
