Independent of whether or not that should be a consideration in determining how "broken" a card is, Konami assumes that since Judgment Dragon only works with Lightsworns, and Lightsworns "need" Judgment Dragon, it can stay at two. I am impressed...Anyway back on Topic, much like Tempest i would like Judgment at 3 because of 2 Reasons: 1-I play Lightsworn.:)2-He should be at 3 because it would certainly cover the fact that they Limited Lumina, Limited Charge and Semi-Limited Honest which isn't really fair towards the Lightsworn Deck. Do you know how hard it is to play with 1 Lumina?I mean it is still a top-notch Deck, heck i even place into the Top 3 at my Locals every time and i play against all kinds of Meta Decks but still 1 Lumina was a bit harsh and 1 Charge makes it even worse.And not to talk about Honest at 2. But anyway like i said it do think Judgment should be at 3 since they Semi-Limited and Limited almost all other Good ones. But Aurkus should stay as it is he is Useful but easy to Defeat. Keep everything as is with Lightsworns, but also ban JD (DAD, too, don't worry!). Besides, Judgment Dragon had a chance - he had, what, two-three years? I think in that time the power of a given card can be fairly well-established. Do I know how hard it is to play without Lumina? Yes, it's a pity that all the monsters in your Graveyard aren't part of your hand whenever you feel like it. Ah well, you'll manage. You still have Recharge, right? Now on other Grounds i may want JD to be at 3 but he shouldn't because it would be too much. Now i don't think he should be banned at all because there is a fair amount of difference between JD and DAD. DAD as you can see is much more powerful since he does not need a specific Archetype to fit in and JD does. So what i am saying is DAD is stronger than JD but to put Lightsworns back on the Map they need to do one of the following 3 things: 1-Put JD at 3.2-Put Honest at 3.3-Put Lumina and Charge at 2. I personally think the most Just think to do is put Lumina and Charge at 2 since then no one would complain about it and Lightsworn would run at normal Capacity. Now off topic, i know it might be late since you have 155 more Posts but still better late than never, i just want to say Congratz on your 5th Star! That is to say, if you are using DARKS, put in DAD, if you are using Lightsworns, put in JD. JD makes one (or rather, a select few) powerful deck-type horrifically powerful. DAD makes a huge number of decks-types (ranging from average to powerful) extremely powerful. You just have to decide which is worse: horrific or extreme. In summary: broken card is broken. Honest has to do with Lightsworns in the same way that Necro Gardna has to do with Lightsworns - it doesn't. Honest was moved to 2 not because it was considered too powerful, but because a smaller number of Honests in a deck reduced the chances of "stacking" Honest on one monster - probably because Honest was never intended to "stack" when it was devised. And if you're complaining about hits to Lumina and Charge, does that mean Hero players can insist that D-Draw should be back @ 3, and by the way so should Malicious. While I'm thinking about it, let's put Stratos @ 3, and maybe move Future Fusion to 2. No? I thought so. And how much Blackwing support isn't crap? Rituals haven't been hit because they're not a winning deck - excluding Herald of Perfection, which may be hit in the next banlist, though I personally doubt it. Konami bases their banlist on how well decks are doing. They don't go off the SJC/YCS since they're looking at OCG, but the results of those tournaments obviously give a good hint as to what will get hit. Not too long ago (someone else could tell you which SJC this was), the entire tournament was pure Lightsworn against Zombiesworn against Zombies. Even you might be able to tell something's wrong there. Now (besides Happy Herald) I haven't seen any Ritual deck even approach the SJC/YCS.
