If it was a Dragon and a Semi-Nomi, it would be fun tech in Hopeless. And with all the Level 8 Synchros running around, it might actually be playable - not runnable, but playable. It can appear out of nowhere, really, and it's even better now with Level 8 Synchros being so absurdly easy to bring out. A 3500 multi-attacker is nothing to brush off. It can be used with Trade-In or Allure. The errata hurt it a fair bit, but it's not useless. *goes off to build a deck with it* Pity it's not a Dragon, though.
