Super9990
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Dirg_the_Dark_Monarch When this card is Normal or Special Summoned, you can remove from play up to 2 cards from your opponent's Graveyard. For each card removed, send the top card of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard. This card cannot attack during the turn it is Normal or Special Summoned. Discuss him and his Kuraz-like restriction.
Brandon Michael Geren
Mill is good...For the opponent.
Canadian
Probably the worst monarch. It's funny because he's the newest one and should have known better.
Skarlet
Well...he's uh...Allurable...
-Griffin
RFG-two isn't bad. Not up to other Monarchs, but could see some side-tech, especially for monarch-mirrors to clear Treeborns.
Canadian
RFG-two isn't bad. Not up to other Monarchs' date=' but could see some side-tech, especially for monarch-mirrors to clear Treeborns.[/quote'] No. Kycoo and D.D. Crow will always be superior. Plus you could ironically give them a Treeborn if used incorrectly.
Blackwing-Master
RFG-two isn't bad. Not up to other Monarchs' date=' but could see some side-tech, especially for monarch-mirrors to clear Treeborns.[/quote']But you have dd crow for that. It's quicker and you don't waste your summon/a card effect to summon it.If it didn't mill the top 2 cards on your opponents deck, i'd consider it, but the way it is, no. -Griffin
I still think it's only half-bad. It might see some play, IMO.
Canadian
I still think it's only half-bad. It might see some play' date=' IMO.[/quote'] By this logic, Larvae Moth could see some play too, IMO. Offtopic: ninja'd Blackwing-Master (:
-Griffin
Not the same logic at all.Because Larvae Moth is a whole lot worse than 'only half-bad', so isn't the same thing.
gnomec
I do not really like it. It does not generate any card advantage and cannot attack on the turn it is used. I would rather drop a D.D. Crow.
Catterjune
It's bad. Kuraz is meh for field nuking-ish capabilities. Dirg is just bad.
Great Unclean One: VK
It's bad. Kuraz is meh for field nuking-ish capabilities. Dirg is just bad. TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
Horrible card, it weakens the opponent's grave, then feeds the fire. It did not need the no attack on its turn of summoning. Should have did something to the field or hand, like a remove from the hand or something. An insult to monarchs.Inb4someonecomesupwithanSTKusingdeckoutorsomething

Dr. Cakey
I could have sworn there was already a DARK Monarch...Gaius or something? Ah yes, how about my corrected text:"When this card is Normal or Special Summoned, remove from play up to 5 monsters from your opponent's Graveyard. For each monster removed, inflict 100 damage to your opponent." Topic hijack. Discuss the above card.
Lonk
This monarch isn't really as good as the other monarchs. It doesn't generate any field advantage.
Monkey
Well at least it's effect can activate when it is Special Summoned...
Red_Gengar
The second series of Monarchs is quite dissapointing.
Lonk
I think after a while working on an Archtype, Konami gets carried away and creates bs cards in the series.
Toffee.
.....Would this mean this guy replaces Granmarg as being the "worst"? The removal effect is nice and all, but then milling the deck for a chance to replace those? >__>Still, its interesting how its another Kuraz. ITS A SPELLCASTER BTW.. -Berserker-
When I find a Necroface, I'll refocus my D.D. deck into milling. This card will be there. I'm sure whoever pulls this will trade it with me without doubt.
