C.F.Yuji
During your opponent's Main Phase, you can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard to select 1 face-up Effect Monster your opponent controls. Negate the effect(s) of that monster until the End Phase. So need to get my hands on 1 or 2 US Versions of this card, I'll use my brother for that >:3. Discuss. It's at least a +0.
Catterjune
Only useful for stopping cards that shouldn't exist. Otherwise, it's terrible, like DD Crow.

Zauls
Nah. There are better OTK stoppers. It could stop the Zombie OTK with Brionac, but then again: Is a lot better.

As a tuner (and monster in general) it has much more uses.

Caius, maybe. JD and DAD are hardly played anymore. lrn2meta
Mr. Judgment Dragon
Only useful for stopping cards that shouldn't exist. Otherwise, it's terrible, like DD Crow. Pretty much this. It is a tuner as well though if that really makes any difference.
GenzoTheHarpist
This is going to be a side deck staple in a format or so. I swear.
-Berserker-
Divine Wrath cannot negate Continuous, and requires you to have it on the field, where can be hit by the opponent easier...

-Griffin
does this f*** up ronin? Target Subsi on Summon and you've probably stopped Frogs whole turn. Caius, maybe. JD and DAD are hardly played anymore. lrn2meta Well, in the meta, you'd stop Infern Necromancer/Archfiend, Faultroll, Hyunlei, Gottoms and Subsitoad, all good targets. Tronta
if it could, it would be another effective way to end it. i'm not sure if it can though. can you divine wrath a plague summoning itself?

Family Friendly
On second thought, it being a Spellcaster is what makes it really bad; if it were a Fairy, it would at least be somewhat playable.
Tronta
^^spellcasters have their own uses. but this would definitely fit better in some fairy negation mess.
C.F.Yuji
Spellcaster could do something for it, Use it on opponents turn, summon M-Exemplar on your turn, give it a counter, revive EV, Synch for Catastor... If it had any ATK it would be Honestable as well.....
Flame Dragon
it's a meh card. Stopping an opponent's card for a turn is nice, but it doesn't solve your problem. Happy I traded the one I pulled.
