I don't see any reason why it shouldn't be @1 next list, especially with all of the swarming going around this meta (If Heavy Storm is still limited to serve as a warning for having your opponent place cards in their s/t, isn't Dark Hole the same but with monsters, or does Lightning Vortex take care of that?). Βyakuya Posted August 15, 2010 Report Share Posted August 15, 2010 Its OPed because if it was unlimited again, or limited or semi-limited, it would provide a problem in dueling, as destroying a lot of monsters, giving a player upper advantage in attacking, giving a trump card.
