it is useful, just think, for example: shrink + IRS = 3 of this.
Each one can attack twice per turn. 2400(this is because of shrinks effect) + 4800 + 4800 = 9840 = Win!

1) Poly
2-3) 2 Geminis, at least one being a Chthonian Emperor Dragon.
4) Raptinus
5) Card to SS CED
6) Shrink
7-8 or 9*) IRS
10) Something ensure the opponent's backrow is not a threat.

ITT: 9-to-10-card OTKs make bad cards good.

*Depending on the other Fusion-Material used, and also a 3rd CED.

Okay here it goes...
Set THB face-down end turn, THB destroyed and sent to Grave, end phase summon THB, my turn, remove THB to SS REDMD, use REDMDs effect to SS CED from hand or Grave, use shrink and chain IRS, then use Dragon's Mirror and FF to SS Raptinus from Extra Deck Proceed to win, oh! And just in case throw in a GT and/or a MST or 2.

I'm noticing this OTK has a flaw: When would you activate Shrink to be able to hit with IRS? The only time I can think of is when the monster is Summoned, but wouldn't that be the only time for IRS? Or is the halving effect actually a cost?

Uhh... Lonefire + 2x Supervise opening hand = 3. But that's not counting the MSTs or w/e so like, yeah.
