Shimmer isn't all that bad, aside from the paltry ATK (lets hope the DEF is makes up for that). Shura -> Bora -> Shimmer. Pretty easy to pull off. The other one is a waste of paper. Plants have their own mirror force and so do frogs however you can see how Konami wants to bring back Blackwings with all these random new cards so the remove from play thing will stay. Lots of BW variants are possible with black boost. I could see BlackZodia-reasoning.
