Clearly Pika is missing application of an extra draw and then Synchro summoning Black Rose Dragon when your opponent summons.

Currently the only Synchro Tuner and therefore the only way to summon Shooting Star Dragon. Flamvell Baby + Flamvell Poun love this, and the draw is good, stats are fine for its level. It's the only level 2 Synchro monster, and it can Synchro during your opponent's turn for one reason or another. Is it great? Not really, but it has some potential if one could find it.'

Obviously, using this as a draw engine would be cheap. I think it's effect should have been "when this card is Special Summoned" you draw. Oh well, it can still try to combo well with Graceful Revival or Limit Reverse for additional surprise Synchro Summons.

It's a level two, which requires Treeborn Frog + Uncommonly run Level 1 Tuners. Just about the only commonly run deck I think that could Synchro into this would be Frogs, which where hit hard with the banning of Substitoad or some sort of Quickdraw deck that spammed Level Eater and normal summoned Spore, and they have better options then this.

Other then a surprise Black Rose, which doesn't qualify enough IMO, it's not a good card. So tell me, what do you think I'm unserious about?

2. It is the only way to summon Shooting Star.
3. You can summon it in:
Frog Monarchs (Fishborg Blaster + Treborn Frog) - Thins the deck and can be combined with a Monarchs to make a LV8.
Flamvells (Rekindling) - Summon Shooting Star Dragon and something else.
Fish Synchro (Super Ancien ... long name + 1 Discard) - Summon Shooting Star Dragon and proceed to win.
Other deck (I am too lazy to think)

Definitely not terrible.

Glow-Up Bulb + Dandylion Token. Yes, Quickdraw or other Plant variants. Anyone who has the ignorance to think this card is bad shoud gtfo imo. I tested Frog Synchro with this and Draw Slime and I almost decked out and always had big hand advantage. And I actually got Shooting Star Dragon out on my first turn once.
