FFXIII is an amazing game with absolutely amazing music. Everything about this theme is epic. The piano is epic, the dramatic build up that starts at 0:34 to 1:09, and of course, 2:04-2:20. It's up to Alfred whether he allows requests from the past thread. We have 151 songs just in the thread, and probably 300+ more in unused requests, so it'd be a shame to see them go to waste, but if Alfred wants all new material, he can decree it. Everything feels so genuine. As I listen to this track, I picture myself in a beautiful meadow with rushing streams, the sun shining brightly over my head. It sounds cheesy, but that's how I feel, enlightened and awestruck. The flute is beautiful and free, and the low instruments contribute to many a climax in this piece. I think, above all, that this piece is very peaceful. This track sets a new standard for modern music, and I hope you enjoy listening to it. [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JurH-KfEW68]Grandia II - Fight![/url] (Warning! Challenger Approaching!/Yourrequest) This battle music just screams "GOGOGO!" It starts off easy, but then the electric guitar rips into your face and pushes this tune to a new realm of awesome. If you don't like the inclusion of the guitar in this piece, then you must be deaf. This is perfect boss music, with a synth buzzing in the background, a heavy bass beat, and several solos to boot. It just seems to keep impossibly building, never slowing down or changing pace. And, I may be wrong, but I don't think this piece ever loops. This track is revolutionary when you consider that it was on the Dreamcast. I really love Grandia music, and I hope you find more after you're done listening. The bass and psudo-orchestration help contribute to the groove of this tune, and I think that this piece is made all the more epic when you consider that it was on the EFFING SNES.
