So discuss this card and what makes a good card.

Hmmmm... It's a ÷0 and is situational. I would personally play Magical Mallet over this. May be a -1 but is more flexible.

I use it in Ice Barriers, but that's about it. Never used it in Frogs, though I should have.

Poor Frogs... I ran plain Frogs/Frogdown, too.. .none of that Monarch crap.

see i feel weird with this card. on the one hand, it's excellent draw. on the other, it's 0 mill.
on the bad side, the cost is tricky. on the other side, the reward is sexy.

but what bothers me is that it's water monsters. so you need to have a hand that has at least 2 water monsters and can afford to lose them. that's the tricky part. keeping a constant flow of monsters is useful to a deck, but if you throw them away, in those numbers, it can be... well, a really high risk, high reward scenario.

Well Pot of greed is always a great +1 But this is pretty much a -3 then +3 i think its pretty cool in a WATER Deck.

Wow, it's Respite for Tier 2 decks that don't work well with it.

The fact that it's two water's for three cards makes it balanced. Should it have been discard 1 water to draw two, it probably would have gotten hit.

Still, not a bad card. Although, there aren't too many pure water monster decks that are decent [s]Frog FTK[/s].

Usually, I manage to activate 3 in one turn, but the few times in which the last one ends up being a dead draw made take the decision of taking it out of my deck... and trade it for a Rekindling, but I don't use it...

Draw 2 cards. Then put a WATER monster in your hand on the top of your Deck, if you can't send all the cards in your hand to the Graveyard.

Seriously has a fad with WATER and giving it support of an inferior quality then other Attributes.
