evilfusion Posted October 9, 2010 Report Share Posted October 9, 2010 I loved Super Polymerization from the start, even while accepting that it's really not that consistent. Absolute Zero, Gaia, Shining, and Great Tornado make this card shine, and some of the Synchro Fusions, such as Draco give this even more uses. One of the best uses this card has is if you devote it to some fusion/defusion tactics for a lot of attacks. The inability of the card to be chained to is mostly irrelevent, but it lets you sneak by some counters. The problem with Super Poly is that if you plan to steal opposing monsters for the Fusion, you're heavily limited by what they have on the field. You cannot use your own hand for the fusion, so you also have to have the materials on the field already. It's a card that has more potential as the game goes on. The only valid summon in that case is Great Tornado, which unfortunately has yet to hit TCG. This fact makes Super Poly a POOR counter for Stardust Assault. You could swing with 2 Fusion Materials, fuse them into a Fusion, swing with that, and then De-Fuse and hit them with the Materials.
