Turns Synchro monsters except Goyo into pathetic attackers, and regular monsters into paltry attackers. That said, you need to be able to take advantage of this somehow, like King Tiger W. or beatstick monsters to keep pressure on the opponent. It turns monsters like Cyber Dragon into 1600 ATK weanies that even the weakest of my Harpie cards can take down. E-Hero's were just about to win, opponenet activates two of these, turning Wild Wingman into a 300 attacker, then he just spammed his effect and attacked for game. Good times.
