The only thing I can see it being used for would be to get rid of an opponents DAD before he got to use it and even then... if it's the deck it's still gonna be a -2 for your opponent. It's basically this except the cost is 1000 LP instead of a discard, and you declare a Type and Attribute instead of a Type and Level.
