While this card is on the field, both players skip their Main Phase 2. Of course it sounds like a really stupid effect at first, but this card literally forces players to put all their cards on the table at once. There's no holding back before the Battle Phase, which combined with the right cards can be devastating. One card you can use with this is "Time Eater", which with their effects together, your opponent has no Main Phases at all.

Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
the thing on the artwork is based on the duel terminals in japan
That's kind of obvious, based on the fact that it says "Terminal" right in its name. The MP2 skip is based on the fact that the Duel Terminals don't have a MP2.
TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
It isn't that good, it forces people to not summon or set cards after their battle phase. Few people would actually run this.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
This card forces players to think ahead of the duel and set up their field before they attack. On the other hand, if your turn goes wrong with this card out, you're stuck with it. There's no setting up the field with a defense if and when you get wiped out. CommanderVolt
All NPCs enter their MP2 to set their cards, well usually. Ayyy Malevolent Catastrophe. And wow, Time Eater.
evilfusion
A number of smart duelists also wait until MP2, unless they thnk Morphing Jar is in the works. Malevolent Catastrophe gets mocked because of this tendency.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Only problem with using Malevolent is that you'll lose your Terminal World. Suppose it should be held until you have another in your hand.
Toffee.
This card effectively laughs at cards like Flamvell Firedog and/or Shure the Blue Flame
evilfusion
I think that's worth it in exchange for greatly reducing your opponent's options. Combine with Anti-Spell Fragrance for more evil.
White Void
Time Eater just got a new best friend. Interesting card when combined with other lockdown effects, it has potential for sure.
burnpsy
Great Long Nose/Wattlemur + Timeater + Terminal World = Draw -> Standby -> End Too bad that still leaves you open to MST, if they draw it. But yeah, counters Firedog/Shura and combos with Malevolent Catastophe.
Zauls
Sabers tend to do a lot in MP2. As do Blackwings. And they are the top decks this format. Quite interesting card actually. Not sure if it would see Side Deck use???

Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
I'm thinking of writing up a Terminal World deck. Any suggestions? So far I have: Time Eater Terminal World Shrink/Riryoku Malevolent Catastrophe Threatening Roar Ojama Trio Dust Tornado Dark Coffin? What the deck needs is an easy way to bring out Time Eater, and cards that will best protect Terminal World. As well as anything that will hinder your opponent's turns. However, Malevolent Catastrophe would destroy this thing This does take away a few tactics (ram a Giant Rat into a monster, special summon a Tuner, and Synchro Summon MP2). With the right cards, this card could be quite fun. Example: No Entry!! being used in the Battle Phase would keep all the opponent's monsters in Defense position during your turn as well. This card is just one of those cards that seems rather terrible but has a lot of casual uses that are waiting to be fully innovated. Simple effect, infinite possibilities. Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
I guess I will post it in that section in a bit. I wasn't looking to make a full deck, just looking for suggestions =P EDIT: What would I do exactly? Just post a new thread saying I need card suggestions for the deck along with my list? It doesn't say anything about it in the rules.

-Berserker-
Too much effort and easy to break. I would save Card Guard to help me summon Dark Sage...
Zkaiser
Is it easy to break? Time Eater + Great Long Nose + Level Eater + Terminal World + Black Garden. Hard to set up? Yes. Easy to Break? Not really.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
If you're using Great Long Nose, Terminal World isn't needed (since if you can't battle, you can't use MP2). Great Long Nose is too difficult to use, though. He needs a tribute every turn. It doesn't hurt much to let your opponent have a Battle Phase, though. Unless you leave them with something useful.
