As for whether or not this Malefic will have the semi-nomi or nomi clause, I don't know. To me, it's kind of a toss-up, to be completely honest. Whether or not it will still be allowed to remove either "Ultimate Gem God" monster is also a toss-up to me. If it appearing on the booster pack is indeed proof, hen I guess it really will be made. I think requiring you to run an "Ultimate Gem God" monster and a Field Spell, in addition to all its other "Malefic" effects, is enough restriction and dedication to balance out its instant 4000 ATK. Overall, this card is very good, practically a staple for crystal beast decks. DO WANT for my joke Crystal Beast deck (yes, I have many joke decks, if you are not going to play in the big league tournaments, wynaut make a bunch of lulzy casual decks).
